You confirm you own or have permissions for content you supply, including likenesses and music. If we source stock/licensed assets, usage follows the relevant licence terms. Model/property releases are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

We configure tools to avoid training on your content where settings allow; we do not permit use of your assets to train public models.

Storage: Client work is stored via WeAreIndy or agreed cloud storage. We retain originals for 90 days from completion and finals for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

You approve final outputs before publication and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
